Ingredients

- Chicken pieces about 1.5 kg (only legs and thighs with deep cuts)
- Ginger Garlic paste (2 table spoons)
- Green chili paste (3-4 green chilis)
- Yogurt (2-3 table spoons)
- White Vineger
- Soya Sauce (2-3 table spoons)
- Chili Sauce (2-3 table spoons)
- Lemon Juice (2-3 table spoons)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black peppers (powder) (1 tea spoon)
- Red Chili powder (1 tea spoon)
- Garam Masala powder (1 .5 tea spoon)
- Chicken Tikka Masala (1 small packet)
- Ajwayen (1-2 pinch)
- A few table spoons of oil
Marination
First of all vineger is applied on the raw chicken pieces and left for about 1 hour. After 1 hour the chicken is washed with tap water and the marination starts.
In a large bowl all the ingredients including yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, all the sauces and spices are mixed making a paste to be applied on the chicken. Phr is paste ko chicken py is tarah lagaya gya k masala chicken k cuts k ander tk chla jaye. The whole is applied on the chicken and let the marinated chicken rest inside the refrigerator for at least 24 hours (for better taste).
Don’t forget to apply oil on the chicken otherwise the chicken is going to be dry after cooking.
Cooking
Now after passing 24 hours of marination, it is time to prepare the best best homemade chicken steam roast.
