I tried to make a Pizza at my home a few days ago and it was mouth watering delicious. Follow these simple steps to make the best homemade pizza that’s sure to impress your family and friends. Let’s get started!
Ingredients for Best Homemade Pizza
Best Homemade Pizza making is divided in different parts including dough preparation, pizza sauce preparation, preparing the chicken and vegetables for the pizza and baking the pizza at the end.
So, every step have it’s own ingredients. Let us discuss the ingredients:
Dough:
- Yeast
- All Purpose flour (Maida)
- Warm Water
- Salt
- Sugar
- Oil
Sauce:
- Tomato Ketchup
- Finely chopped garlic
- Chili Sauce
- Oregano
- Salt and pepper
Topping:
- Bite size Boneless chicken
- Chicken tikka masala
- Salt and black pepper
- Sliced onions, capsicum and tomatoes
- Mushrooms and olives (optional)
- Shredded Cheese
Preparation of Best Homemade Pizza
After gathering all the ingredients, now let us move towards the recipe how to make this delicious pizza at home, step by step.
Dough Making
For best homemade pizza the most important and initial step is the preparation of a perfect dough. Without a perfect dough one can’t imagine of having a perfect and delicious pizza. Let me tell you how I prepare the dough for the pizza.
Acha gee ab ajaty hain apni piyari aur meethi zuban urdu py. Dough bnany k liye sb sy phly yeast ko garam pani main mil k rakh dia aur 10-15 mint wait kia jab tk yeast active na hojaye. Is k baad maidy main namak aur cheeny mila kr mix kr diye. Yeast mila hwa pani maidy main mix diya aur thora sa pani aur mila kr maidy ko goondh lia. Us k baad dough k oper hath sy oil lagaya aur side py rakh dia jab tk k dough phool na jaye (you know na fermentation).
Sauce Making
Dough k baad sauce doosri intehai eham cheez hoti hai achy pizza k liye. Agr sauce main damm nai hai to chahy kitni hi achi dough ban jaye aur chahy kitni hi achi cheese daalo jaye, pizza kisi kaam ka nai banta.
Ab aaty hain sauce banany ki trf. Sab sy phly oil ko pan main daal k garam kia aur bareek kaata hwa lehsun (garlic) is pan main daal k sunehra (golden brown) hony tak pakaya. Us k baad tamam sauces aur oregano milaya aur 15-20 mint tak pakayajb tak k sauce ka kacha pan khtam na hojaye. Us k baad hasb-e-zaiqa namak aur kali mirch milaye aur thanda hony k liye side pay rakh dia.
Topping making
Last but not the least ab ati hai baari topings ki. Topings main sb sy phly tayyar kia chicken. Chicken ko phly masala aur ginger-garlic paste laga k marinate krny k liye 1-2 ghanty k liye kr k rakh dia. Is k baad marinated chicken ko pan main sunehra hony shallow fry kr lia.
Chicken tayyar krny k baad onion, capsicum aur tomatoes ko gool cut kr lia aur layen hamari sari toppings bilkul tayyar hain.
Best Homemade Pizza Preparation
After preparing all the toppings, I checked the dough that if it was ready now. The dough was raised enough and was in perfect condition to be used. First of all I set the temperature of the oven at 240°C and pre-heat it for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile I started to prepare the pizzas.
First of all I greased the lower bottom of the pan with oil so that the dough may not stick to the pan. Then the prepared dough was spread over the pan and make sure that the layer must be too thick. After that I apply the pizza sauce over the dough so that the flavor must be distributed into every bite. After the sauce now it is the turn for chicken, vegetables and tons of cheese over the pizza to enhance the flavor.
After the preparation, the raw pizza was transferred to the pre-heated oven and baked for 15-20 minutes until the cheese start bubbling and turning gold due to heat.
Phr aap k bhai ny oven off kia aur pizza bahar nikala. Bhai gee kya btao kya khushboo arhi thi “SUBHANALLAH“. Jaisy hi pizza bahar nikala to sunehra pizza, us k oper halki sunehri cheese ki layer aur rang berangi sabzian uski khoobsurti ko 4-chaand laga rhi thi. Us k baad pizza k slices katy gaye aur sbko uraany k liye paish kia gaya.

Ab apko apna experience kya btaon. Is pizza ka aroma, iski look aur iska taste was something like I can’t describe. Ab bnaya mainy tha to mjy to bohat hi acha lagna aik natural baat hai but mery ghr waloo ka bi yahi reaction tha. Wohi typical Pakistani dialogue “aisa lag rha hai k ghr main bana hi ni hai“. Matlb yaar hum logo k nazdeek koi bi banda ghr main achi cheez bana hi ni skta. Khair pizza base was really soft and perfectly cooked aur pizza sauce aur topping ki to kya hi btaon matlb k kya baat hai ustaad gee. Extremely delicious best homemade pizza with soft base, perfect balanced flavors and a typical desi touch.
